terms of service
1. acceptance
by using bandsbandsbands (the "service"), you agree to these terms. if you don't agree, don't use the service. the service is operated by Rainbow Rabbits Games LLC.
2. what this is
bandsbandsbands is a personal digest tool for live music fans. it tracks bands you choose to follow, sources tour dates and news for those bands, and delivers a daily digest via the messaging channel you choose (Telegram, WhatsApp, or SMS). the service also generates band and show recommendations based on a user-curated taste graph.
3. accounts and access
accounts are created during a closed-beta signup flow. you are responsible for:
- keeping your login channels (Telegram, WhatsApp, SMS) secure
- all activity that occurs under your account
- providing an accurate phone number and email
- notifying us if you suspect unauthorized use
4. SMS and communications
program name: bandsbandsbands. by providing your phone number through our signup or settings flow, you consent to receive SMS messages as described in our SMS terms. message and data rates may apply. message frequency is typically 1 per day with occasional breaking-news sends. for help reply HELP. to opt out reply STOP. you can also opt out by removing the SMS channel from your settings page.

5. data sources and accuracy
tour dates, show announcements, and news content are aggregated from third-party sources (band websites, ticket vendors, music press, official band feeds). we make a good-faith effort to accurately reflect upstream content, but do not guarantee that show times, prices, or availability are correct. always verify with the venue or ticket seller before traveling or buying.
6. intellectual property
band names, logos, news article excerpts, and other third-party content remain the property of their respective owners. bandsbandsbands claims no ownership over content sourced from external sites. the service's code, design, and aggregation logic are property of Rainbow Rabbits Games LLC.
7. prohibited conduct
you agree not to:
- use the service for any unlawful purpose
- scrape, crawl, or otherwise harvest data from the service
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
- send spam or unsolicited communications via inbound webhook endpoints
- interfere with the operation of the service or its messaging integrations
8. limitation of liability
the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Rainbow Rabbits Games LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including missed shows, delayed notifications, or inaccuracies in third-party content.
9. termination
we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the messaging endpoints, or send spam. you may terminate your account at any time by emailing support.
10. changes
we may update these terms from time to time. material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
